Dianne Ratzel recently retired from a career of 28 years with Hughes Network Systems.  Dianne's undergraduate degree is from Southern Illinois University and her Masters degree in Organization Development is from Pepperdine University.  Before Hughes, Dianne worked for the County of San Diego for five years in the Training Department. Dianne has lived in San Diego since 1972.  She has five children ranging in age from 18 to 24.  Dianne is a volunteer for United Through Reading providing the training for the inmates at South Bay Jail and George Bailey Detention Center.
